How to be on time
As you, dear reader, likely know: A good chunk of the satire I write is timely. Oddly enough, my favorite satire to read often transcends time. Which begs the question: Am I not writing my favorite satire? Of course not. I’m a writer. I’m convinced nearly everything I’ve ever written is unreadable.
But today isn’t about the cracked looking-glass of an artist. It’s about my latest piece for
, called Our Plan Worked, Stocks are Skyrocketing Back to Less Than They Were Before. It’s a piece I wrote in response to Trump conceding on his tariffs enough for the stock market to surge… back to still being worse than it had been before. First the news broke, then markets corrected with vim and vigor, and a few hours later I’d been sent a test link and proof for my new piece that would run first thing the following morning.
